Mixon Fruit Farms (2525 27th St E, Bradenton, FL 34208)

If you're looking for something to do that's fun, educational

and has a tasty ending, join the folks at Mixon Farms.  You'll

take a tram tour through the farm, see their rescued animals

and learn a bit about them as well.  At the end, you can enjoy

a great ice cream treat.  There's vanilla, a non-dairy orange,

or have them swirled together.  While the factory isn't

operating, there is a craft fair for you to check out.  It's a fun

way to spend a morning or afternoon.  Check out tickets on
